The 25th surah of the Quran, Surah Furqan, was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad in Mecca. The surah has 77 ayaat and is Makki Surah. From the first verse of this surah, Furqan, meaning criterion, or something that separates reality from fantasy, the surah gets its name, “Blessed is the One who sent down the Criterion to His servant.”

Here are some amazing benefits of reciting surah Al-Furqan daily.

Having Faith on the Day of Judgment

Those who recite this surah and believe on the Day of Decision will be admitted to Jannah. He will be sent to Jannah without questioning or account of his acts.

According to the Noble Prophet:

“Those who recite Surah Furqan and believe in the Day of Judgment and the resurrection of the dead from their graves will be resurrected on the Day of Judgment. In paradise, he will not be held accountable for his deeds.” Majma‘ al-Bayān, vol. 7, p. 278.

Easy Marriage

A single person who wishes to get married must fast for three days and recite verses 74-76 of surah Furqan 21 times every night before going to bed. He should then ask Allah to grant his request. It will be easier for him to get married this way. Mustadrak al-Wasā’il, vol. 14, p. 211.

A Cure for Shortness of Breath

Surah furqan also cures breathlessness. Recite this chapter of Quran if you have breathing problems. Verse 11 can be recited to relieve shortness of breath.

Reciting this surah daily before going to sleep will never result in punishment from Allah. There will be a high rank for him in the Hereafter.

It is possible to go to heaven without being punished in the Hereafter.

“Don’t abandon the recitation of surah Furqan because Allah will admit whoever recites it at night into paradise and will never punish him or hold him accountable for his deeds.”. Thawāb al-A‘māl, p. 109.

Protection from Harmful Insects

The benefits of Surah Furqan will also protect the reciter from harmful insects. Allah will protect someone from harmful insects present on earth if they write and keep this surah with themselves.

Surah Furqan Ayat 74 Benefits

Whenever someone wants to get married, they should recite the verse of the surah in this way.

  • Before going to sleep every night, recite this verse for three days.
  • You should recite verses 74-76 21 times.
  • Marriage is something you should ask Allah for.

Your marriage will be smooth and trouble-free if Allah chooses the right person for you.

Surah Furqan Ayat 23 Benefits

Doing good deeds can be helped by this verse of this chapter. Additionally, it guides us to refrain from doing bad deeds, as we will be judged on the Day of Judgement. This surah’s verse 54 provides many benefits to the reader. For example;

  • The person who recites this verse daily will surely enter Jannah.
  • Allah will not punish someone for his deeds if he recites this verse every night.
  • You can also use this ayat to solve your marriage’s hurdles. Within three days, Allah will generate the right ways for your marriage.

Surah Al-Furqan Main Theme

Throughout this surah, the main theme is answering the questions of disbelievers. It’s like monotheism, rejecting idolatry and believing in the afterlife. In addition, this surah depicts a true Muslim at the end.

Surah AL-Furqan’s Main Points

Furqan means separating truth from falsehood. A few verses at the end of Surah Furqan discuss monotheism, Qiyamah, prophethood, and fighting idolatry. Furthermore, surah Furqan contains verses about:

  • Answers to the excuses of polytheists.
  • Rass, one of the past nations, is one example of this.
  • People’s regret over the Qiyamah.
  • Natural manifestations of Allah’s grandeur and monotheism.
  • A comparison between believers and non-believers.

Several verses in this surah describe the “Servants of the All-beneficent (Servants of the Merciful).” Verses 63 to 85 describe the Servants of the All-beneficent.

Why was Surah Furqan Revealed?

In Surah Muminoon, famine was at its worst during Revelation. Many conflicts had already existed between the Prophet (P.B.U.H) and the unbelievers.
